The draught regulator is designed to regulate the natural draught fluctuations in a chimney system by stabilising the pressure conditions, which will result in smoother, more controlled combustion. The new generation Z150 S model has a sprayed-on EDPM seal, an adjustment range of 10 to 35 Pa and can be used as a combined secondary air device.
APPLICATION
The Z150 S Draught Regulator can be used with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances.
CONSTRUCTION
This housing for this draught regulator is constructed entirely of stainless steel.
INSTALLATION
Draught regulators are mounted onto the connecting pipe/stove pipe and must not be installed if the following would occur
- The complete and safe discharge of flue gases would be in any way impaired.
- Dangerous quantities of the flue gases could escape if the system becomes backed up or is subjected to backdraught.
- The testing and/or cleaning of the flue system would become impaired.
